We Offer:

Direct Assistance and Support

Help in shopping, accompaniment to medical appointments, and companionship

Tele-check (514-934-4273), a five-day-a-week
telephone check-up service for seniors living alone

Home maintenance and support services

Rent-a-service for housekeeping, preparing light meals, and small chores

Respite care

Shared taxi service to activities at the Centre for members with poor mobility who are Westmount residents


Information and Referral

Advocacy on policies or issues of concern to seniors


Social Events & Community Sharing

Arts & crafts fairs and seasonal celebrations

Drop-in centre

Community meals twice weekly;
