Food Shopping and Delivery
A number of community organisations coordinate volunteers to help with food shopping and other errands.

In addition, many grocery stores offer free or cheap home-delivery services.
The following non-profit centres offer shopping accompaniment services in English, when volunteers are available:

Offers regular accompaniments or emergency shopping services, as well as the Navette Emplette, a bus that runs every second Thursday  to Provigo on Parc Avenue.
